The Learn and Earn program, which is a joint effort of McGregor, Eliza Jennings, Jennings Center for Older Adults, and Judson for STNA and Medication-Aide training, is co-funded by The McGregor Foundation, the Deaconess Foundation and the Cuyahoga County Workforce Funders Group (CCWFG). The CCWFG is a funding collaborative of 10 public, philanthropic and community organizations focused on increasing access to family-sustaining career opportunities for workers and ensuring businesses have the talent they need to grow and prosper. CCWFG members include Cuyahoga County, Ohio Means Jobs Cleveland-Cuyahoga County, the City of Cleveland, Deaconess Foundation, George Gund Foundation, the Cleveland Foundation, the Fund for Our Economic Future, United Way of Greater Cleveland, Huntington National Bank, and TeamNEO.
