McGregor received the exciting news today that McGregor is one of eighteen organizations across the country to receive the HUD 202 funding for our Independent Living project on campus.

This project will allow us to build 54 new units and renovate 26 of the recently vacated assisted living apartments in the McGregor Home. The award also provides all 80 units with a subsidy to assist seniors in paying monthly rental costs, an extraordinary benefit for individuals who rely only on social security.

“One of our biggest challenges in serving seniors in the community through our PACE program is safe and affordable housing. This grant will allow McGregor to leverage our community partnerships and various funding streams to build new affordable housing for our most vulnerable neighbors", shared Ann Conn, President & CEO.
